I (Charlotte, some may know me as Lottie!) run online Yoga sessions, which are trauma-informed, restorative and therapeutic in nature.

I have trained in Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga styles within a Hot Yoga studio, completing a 300hr Yoga Teacher Training Diploma. I have taught within the military community as well as offering online sessions.

Over time, particularly throughout pregnancy and since becoming a mother my yoga practice has evolved- sometimes now with a little Yoga buddy! I understand how challenging it can be to find time to connect with your body and strengthen the body and mind, which is why I want to offer accessible online sessions to help mothers access them.

The sequencing of my classes are designed to leave you feeling a sense of restoration. Given my experience of being a Clinical Psychologist and supporting developing and evaluating a Yoga Therapy programme for individuals with Eating Disorders, my classes are body positive and accessible for all.

From November 2025 I will be offering a Thursday online lunchtime reset class 12.00-12.45, to hold space to connect to our bodies in the comfort of your own home or office.

I will soon be also offering online chair yoga sessions at lunch times too for those of you who can’t escape the office!

What to expect in a class?

  • A warm welcome!

  • A short moment to set intentions- there is always a theme in mind but it is always your practice so important to recognise what you want out of it.

  • Breathwork (Pranyama)

  • Guided meditations (acknowledging we all have wonderfully busy minds!)

  • Some slow flow and invitations to try different options for more sensation but it is about the feeling not how it looks

  • Balance work for the body and mind

  • Grounding poses on the floor holding for longer periods to get deeper stretches and releases

  • A deep Savasana relaxation

  • Ideas around journal prompts around the theme of the class

  • Knowing that if you wanted more support then you can ask about if 1-1 talking therapies would be helpful.
